Cancellations

Single services require 24 hours notice or full charges will be applied.
Multiple services, including Spa Journeys require 48 hours or a 50% charge will be applied.
No-shows will not be refunded.

Reservations

Appointments are booked by telephone, in person or via our website.
Cancellations will not be accepted via our website or voicemail, please call us.
A valid credit card is required for first time bookings and may be requested for future bookings.
Gift card numbers are required at time of booking.

Promptness

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.
Late arrival will result in a modified treatment time so that the next guest is not kept waiting.
Full charges will apply.
